He is the author of his brand-new book, just released called “Courage To Be You – A Guide To Mastering Uncertainty.” This book is a culmination of his last 17 years of delivering workshops and keynotes to a wide range of audiences and industries.

Joe is also the coaches' coach; he has trained more than 7000 mindset coaches who work in the field today.

Joe is a father of twin sons, Oliver and Nicolas born is 2008. He has been married to Silvana for the past 27 years and is also a 7-time marathoner.
