Michelle has been in business for over 20 years, and marketing for nearly 30. She was the co-founder of GAIA natural baby, the iconic Australian baby skincare brand that was started in the kitchen in 2002.
She built it from the ground up to leading a team of 15 plus employees, distributors and agents, distributing around the world in 20 countries and becoming one of the highest selling baby skincare ranges in Australia – sold in over 5,000 physical outlets, with a product selling of the retail shelves every 13 seconds! GAIA was a multi award winning brand, an incredible 17 year journey that finished with the sale of GAIA in 2019.
Michelle now works with small to medium business owners and solopreneurs as a coach, mentor, educator and supporter, assisting them with business growth planning, marketing strategies and tactics to help them build trusted brands and long term, profitable businesses they enjoy working with.
