What we did to optimise their website for conversions:
Move from overwhelming service menu to user paths
Instead of showing all services on the website, they were grouped into 3 easy to follow user paths based on someone’s stage in life. Then the appropriate services are listed for that person in their section of the site.
Focus on building an email list
A library of free resources previously existed. Now, in order for someone to download them, they need to enter their details. This allows our client to follow up with their prospect and send ongoing newsletters.
Showcase the team
LifePath has an incredible team that is now front in centre in tow sections – advice and administration teams.
Build trust
On each life stage service page there is a focus on building trust through 3 areas: their unique process is clearly explained, credibility points are illustrated such as how many offices they have and their licenses, plus there is a Google reviews section.
