What does the business do?
Australia’s leading product development and manufacturing house for experienced clothing labels or those looking to launch their own.
What was the main problem?
They had a site with inconsistent design elements, a confusing user experience and copy that was repetitive and not easy to consume.
Want to see it live?
What we did to optimise their website for conversions:
Menu restructure
We simplified the menu for clear user pathways. Someone can easily jump straight to a page for experienced clothing labels or start-ups or choose to see what services are on offer.
Copy audit and rewrite
We audited the copywriting on the website, pulled out punchy clear headlines and simplified what was there. This was backed up with new design elements to make it easy to scan each section.
Clear user pathways
Cleaned up the design
Made the design more modern, added larger images, cleaned up spacing issues on all device sizes, made font sizing consistent and used a “left/right” layout where text and images alternate on the left and right sides of the page to draw the user down the page and break up large sections of text.
List building
Added a button to their free ebook in the top menu and made it “stick” to the top so it is always available as people scroll down the page. Added a link front and centre and the top of the home page to get the book. On all pages just above the footer there is an option to join the newsletter.
New service pages
There are 7 service pages on the site. There was no design structure before. Now all 7 pages have a consistent layout that makes it easy for the user to find what they need fast.
