The Challenge

Pravar Group needed a complete overhaul of their digital presence to better reflect the quality of their coaching programs, personalise their brand, and modernise their website with updated messaging, team profiles, resources, and a stronger spotlight on their podcast. At the same time, they required a robust marketing foundation – spanning funnels, nurture sequences, podcast growth, advertising, and YouTube strategy – to reliably attract new Launch clients and reduce reliance on direct outreach over time.

Developed six high-converting opt-in landing pages for their guides

Each page was copywritten, designed, and built to grow their email list and feed their nurture funnels.

Integrated and tested all HubSpot forms across the site

Ensured Apply Now, contact, strategy session, and all guide opt-in forms connected correctly to HubSpot lists, tracking, and workflows.

Revamped their Resources area to better showcase blogs and The Trade Den podcast

Consolidated all content, added filtering, and improved podcast visibility while preparing for future YouTube and podcast growth.

Rebuilt their member portal on a new subdomain

Safely migrated Learndash, preserved member data, and updated login pathways to prepare for a new LMS next year.

Designed supporting brand collateral

Created coaching agreements, social banners, pull-up banners, email signatures, and other on-brand assets for a consistent visual identity.

Implemented a complete marketing strategy across Meta, YouTube, and HubSpot

Included funnel development, guide nurture sequence improvements, podcast nurture flows, database reactivation, referral funnels, and ongoing CRO recommendations.

Developed and launched Meta ad campaigns

Wrote scripts, directed recording, edited videos, created ad copy, and managed campaign setup and optimisation.
