The Facebook Ad Library offers a comprehensive overview of all current ads across Facebook products, including Instagram. You can easily search and see what ads a brand is running (and get ideas for what you could be doing).
To get started, just put "Facebook Ad Library" into Google.

Start your search with either keywords or the name of a Facebook Page.
After you select them you can filter by country and platform. Have a look at their ads. Click into them to see all of the text or watch the videos.
You can, and should (hint hint 🙂 ), click on the links too, so you can get ideas from their landing pages on their website.
You can search by date too. If the ad was launched a while ago, chances are it is working well, right?
